Brenda Bentley is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist practising in Birmingham & Stratford upon Avon.
She believes that everyone has everything they need to be successful and happy inside of themselves — sometimes we just need a little help finding it.
There are strictly no swinging watches or weird stage hypnosis tricks! Her approach honours you as a client in a supportive, caring and professional environment to explore your concern and let go of whatever it is that is holding you back from being who you really are.

Qualifications:
Brenda is a fully-qualified, comprehensively insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.
She trained at the internationally-recognised Quest Institute which teaches a science-based approach that applies the latest discoveries to help clients even more effectively.
She trained with the best such as Trevor Silvester, of the renowned Quest Institute, Regent’s College London, an organisation within the National College of Hypnotherapy.
She holds a Hypnotherapy Practice Diploma, and further diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Confident Childbirthing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Brief Therapy. As well as being registered to the NCH and NHS Independent Provider (Code 8HG52).
She’s also trained with Paul McKenna, Rubin Battino, Richard Bandler, Dr John Demartini and Bill Harris.

Fully insured member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH Reg) - which is the only body that applies a national standard of training in the UK and Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) issued by them.
